Wake up early between 4-5 Am. When you start your day before the rest of the world, it means you have extra opportunity to make things right for yourself. Have an hour to yourself where you read, plan a healthy breakfast and other little chores to give you that “satisfied” feeling right in the beginning of the day.

Don’t forget to fuel your body, drink a glass of water. To make it more refreshing you could even slice and throw some limes or other fruits in there! Something I love to do in the mornings.
-
Stretch It Out
5–10-minute stretching will really wake you up and you’ll feel fresh for the rest of the day. It is a comfortable way of waking up your body.

This really helps me filter out any negativity right at the start of my day.
-
Write in a Journal
Write down something that makes you feel good, it could be something you’d like to try on the coming weekend, a new goal for the year, or even about that cute outfit you were thinking to buy this week. This is to help you bring out positivity from within which will be much needed for the day.

This helps stay on track and motivate me as I see those “ticks” during the day!
